A PROJECT MERCURY@NATO WORKSHOP organized for the ACT TF-X IPT.
GOALS:
- Identify 3 complex challenge spaces that are best suited to small, adaptive team sprints.
- Recruit & Onboard 3 teams (5-6 people each)
- Conduct rapid research and exploratory interviews to assess emerging trends
- Scope project and establish milestones
METHODS:
- A 2.5 day kick off workshop led by Dr Ethan Eagle
- Biweekly coaching sessions with Project Mercury coaching staff
- Monthly viability checks with invited industry, academic, and military advisors
- Add additional team members (up to 8 max per team) as shortfalls are identified
