Please complete the form below to pre-register for SPARK26, which will be held in Sofia (5 James Bourchier Boulevard) from 24 to 26 February 2026.
Participants without a government email address from a NATO Enterprise or a NATO nation must be sponsored by a NATO entity, a NATO nation, or an RFI‑selected organisation.
If you already have a sponsor, please reply to innovationcontinuum@innovationhub-act.org with the following information:
. Name of the sponsoring organisation
. Name and contact of the sponsoring person (if applicable)
. A brief confirmation or invitation email from the sponsor (if available)
When registering, please use your work email. Personal email addresses will not be accepted.
VTC links will be provided later on this page for those wishing to participate remotely. However, registration remains mandatory for remote participation.
Registrations will be reviewed periodically for approval. If accepted, you will receive an email with the QR Code Ticket for on-site check-in. Please print it or have it available on your device.
Non-NATO nations should be listed in the "Innovation Continuum 2026 - SPARK Calling Notice" so attendees from those countries can register.
